UPS thought the address needed an apartment number, wouldn't deliver, mailed a postcard that I almost didn't get before they returned the items. Was able to fix and reschedule delivery, but everything was delayed 3-4 days....all of which was unnecessary. Otherwise, website works well, easy to place order, and processing of payment was fine."

"Very high quality rugs that don't slip, cats can scratch and they don't show, easy to clean, very attractive, and excellent under hospital beds so patients can get traction with their feet getting out of bed. Not too thick that wheels can't go over them although thick enough to be warm. They hold their shape and don't roll up on the edges because of the boarder around the edge.
