I went to webpage to check order status found out that way. then did chat online with Luke them called express talked to Marcus now it's 3:37 pm and I just went ahead and redid my order on web sight. tired of waiting on phone call back. plus I was expecting the mats today and now it will be weeks before I get them. so that kinda stinks. so now I just waiting to see if the mats are what I expect.
