"I ordered a custom 3' x 3' and standard 4' x 3' Waterhog mat from XpressMats.com on 1-11-16. The order finally shipped on 2-3-16 after several email inquiries from me about the delay. Except for the initial order confirmation and shipping confirmation email three weeks later, no email was sent regarding a delay. After receiving the order, unfortunately the 3' x 3' mat was very uneven. The size ranges from 32 5/8" and 35 5/8" on one side to 34 1/2" and 34 6/8" on the other. The fabric border ranges from 1" to 1 3/4" thick. I would think a machine cuts their mats from a larger manufactured roll, but apparently a person with poor skill does. Clearly there is no supervision or quality control check by another person after the fact if this was able to make it to the consumer. The Waterhog material is excellent, but apparently there are many retailers that sell their own sizes cut from the manufactured roll. I would look for another retailer in the future."

"These are mats that you can be proud to wipe your feet on. With all the snow and rain we receive these entry way mats live up to the rigors of our mountain environment. They stay put when you walk on them, they contain the water from the melting snow and the don't ride up at the corners and trip the seniors as they enter the senior center.
