I asked for an estimated ship date but no one seems to know when my mat will ship. I was told someone would call or e-mail once they had an expected ship date. That was last week and I still have not received a call/e-mail w/ this information. I'm also not happy that I was charged for both products even though no one can seem to tell me when the one product will even ship. I was very pleased w/ the first mat I received however, given the delay and lack of communication w/ the second mat, I'm not sure that I would use this company again for my business needs. "
