"Not sure about their quality as we are still working with them on an order. My issues is sending two resale certificates to only have them rejected. The first time I was rejected because my billing and shipping are different. When we fixed this they rejected the second resale certificate because they said it wasn't a Nevada Resale Certificate. Well I'm looking at the scanned PDF and at the top it says "Nevada Resale Certificate", so not totally understanding other than they have already processed my card and are refusing to issue a refund on their sales tax to me."
