"It took me a little bit longer than expected to order brass luggage tags for the first time. The user interface was occasionally ambiguous or misleading. For example, I was designing a two-sided tag; first I did the front, then I wanted to do the back, so I hit the BACK button on the screen... which took me back to the previous (tag listing) screen (I actually wanted to proceed with the design by clicking NEXT STEP). Also, the directions mentioned using their graphic library, but no button or link was available (or at least not obvious) to do this. Otherwise, fairly straightforward for basic, simple, luggage tags."
