"Placed order 8/24. Email confirmation noted that no $$ would be drafted until order had shipped. NOT! Today is 9/15 and have not received merchandise, but PayPal account has been charged. Although an order number was provided, no tracking number was provided. Email inquiries to XpressTech have gone unanswered. Call today went to voicemail. Fortunately, payment through PayPal does allow some attempt at resolution via PP. Will pursue that avenue, but so far XpressTech has done absolutely nothing as promised!"
