"Purchased and ordered Rough Country side steps for our new 2023 Gladiator. While they arrived quickly, in a sealed box, they were missing the hardware. ie nuts, bolts, washers, etc. Had to call Extreme Terrain and had to send them pics of the box and parts I did receive and the hardware package was then shipped to me several days later. The only installation issue was that the powder coating had accumulated into some of the threaded holes in the steps which made screwing the bolts in quite difficult. Overall we are very pleased with this product. My wife is able to get into the cab much easier and the steps match the contour side lines of the Gladiator. They also hide the pinch welds along the bottom of the truck. Steps are very sturdy and do not sag or bend when putting weight on them. Seems like a very strong design and they look fantastic. "

"The unit sent was a privious return. Packaging was horrible. The unit came in damaged. Advised customer service to issue a return and refund my credit card. I did not get a response. They sent me a replacement which also was a privious return and also arrived damaged. No discounts given for the waste of time. I will not be a returning customer. "

If you are using on a short bed 14.25" inch has to be cut off the flange pipe I didn't find out that info until product arrived and it was stated in the instructions. Sounds perfect low rpm growl gets quieter you could say as the rpm get above 4k. I have paired with k&n cold air"

Not delivered using a household shipping service. She said she came out of CO, driving a box truck. I suspect transport fee was the reason the price was what it was. Otherwise, simple install. I replaced a havoc tire delete with this one."
