"I placed an order with xcsystems.com for a barebones laptop. I recevied a reply that the laptop was out of stock. They offered a different model instead (which I declined). They then charged my account anyway! I had already purchased the product elsewhere before xcsystems charged me, so I am now negative on my checking account because of it(debit card). They claimed that they issued a refund yesterday (11/30), but my bank has no record of it yet. They have not returned my phone call from about 3 hours ago either. The only way I even got a phone number was by calling my bank (they looked it up from the credit card transaction); xcsystems does not put a phone number on their web site.
