"ordered harley tournament horseshoes. on website, picture is of black and orange horseshoes. the ones i received were black and silver. called customer service and left message. fred called me back, i explained my disappointment, was told if i did not want, to send back for full refund, including shipping. fred went on to say he needed to change the picture, as the black and orange horseshoes were discontinued and the new ones are black and silver. well, as of today, almost two months later, the black and orange ones are still showing on the website. i was, at the least, hoping i would have been offered a discount on the ones i received, or a discount on a future purchase. the thought of purchasing another set of horseshoes to be painted orange has crossed my mind. but no discount of any kind was offered for my disappointment. it is discouraging, as i, and hundreds of my friends are avid harley enthusiasts and have harley mancaves that can never have enough harley attire. word of mouth is the best advertising i know of, so we will see if more business comes your way or if we go elsewhere. thanks, jim"
