XDP contacted me about the customer service I had received and apologized for the service. They also sent me a couple of items to make up for the experience. I do feel that they are trying to fix any issues they have had with their customer service reps and will provide a better experience for future customers.

*Original Review*
Extremely disappointed with the service and customer service reps that I spoke to. I needed a starter ASAP and make that clear when I was talking to a CSR about availability and shipping times. The CSR said if I placed the order (on a Monday) that it would ship out Monday and I would receive it Wednesday which worked for what I needed. Wednesday rolled around and I had not even received a tracking number yet. I contacted XDP on Wednesday to see the status of the order and the CSR started explaining how the order was still processing and MIGHT ship out that afternoon. I asked her why the delay in shipping and all she could explain that it was company policy for processing times. I explained to her that I had already talked to a CSR and he assured me it would ship the same day so I could have it in 2 days. She was very rude and blamed me for not understanding company policy even though a CSR told me otherwise.
I also had a 10% coupon when I placed the order that stated 10% off ANY item on the website. The coupon did not list any exclusions. After my order was placed, XDP removed the coupon and claimed that they don't discount starters. All I can say, avoid this company. I eventually got my product, but the service was bad and the CSRs were rude and had zero interest in helping the customer.
The prices were the only redeeming factor of my experience with this company."
