"Terrible terrible experience. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Purchased a graphics card (6870) off these fraudsters and upon trying to put this into the system it was too long for the system. This was strange as I had a large mid tower case, anyway I contacted the shop and they advised me to return the card but they would charge me a restocking fee of 20%, simply shocking and clearly a profit margin device as the graphics card had not been used. The shop owner was rude and laughed at me when I came in also advising that all the cards were the same length so they couldn't replace it with something else (avoiding the restocking fee) a little bit shorter. I was quite upset but I got my refund minus the restocking fee. Having done the research I discovered that they had actually sold a non reference card that was an extra couple of inches longer than the main spec. I went into the shop again and I asked them to measure a different brand of 6870 which was much shorter and would have fitted into my case no problem, the rude manager wasn't having any of it and told me it was not his problem, and I would have to pay full price. This was completely unacceptable as I had already given them £37 for nothing. It got heated and I ended up leaving the shop after the manager called me a liar. Do not deal with these con artists. Avoid like the plague."

"Ordered a P5N32-E SLi Plus Mobo off them - worked for less than 6 weeks , and then failed to POST. Checked & Photographed Mobo and returned to them. Got phone call 6 days later telling me I'd damaged chipset pins , and warranty void. Told them I hadn't damaged Mobo at least 30 times and sent them photo's of Mobo before sent back. Still no joy. Company refuses to comply with EU law on faulty goods , and will not accept responsibility for them damaging goods. Customer service is virtually non existant Avoid at all costs "
