"I ordered photo frame for sand ceremony. It was shipped with UPS. So I paid $42 extra payment that I wasn't notified by Yacanna. But! Frame came with damage. And it was packed with damage! So Yacanna send another one but I have to paid again $42 extra taxes for shipping. If I knew about this extra payments for the $50 frame I will never made an order here. So becouse of additinal extra payments for the second frame I didn't recieve it in time. With cost for delivering I paid about $170 for $50 frame but didn't recieve proper product.

"I ordered a pair of sequins flip flops from this company and when I received them they were discolored and had sequins missing. I contacted the company about it and was told by "Patti" that I could send them back and receive a refund or exchange. I sent them back and received NO communication from Patti until I contacted her two weeks later and was told that she would not refund my money because the flip flops were...discolored!!! After going back and forth several times, I received no refund, no exchange, and no discolored flip flops back.
Basically I gave Pattie $33.95 for nothing. Then I spent another $10 to return the poor quality item I received back to her. And still go nothing.
Using this company was a waste of my money, time, and energy. In all of my internet shopping experience, this one was THE WORST experience I have ever had. Hands down."
