WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE

"I called 3 times in one day and 3 times they had me on hold for over 40 minutes...i made a purchase for over $500 and even that they were not nice on the phone. I understand that they close at 5pm but my last call was made at 4:12pm so i was on hold for over 45 minutes just to have them turn me onto voicemail because it was 5pm. Natalie was helpful but the rest of the girls who answered the phone clearly need customer service training again. Very unprofessional. "
