times a day for over a week. The contact number hangs up after one ring. The email says they’ll get back shortly yet nothing. No receipt with the package. The boots were two different sizes. No way to get my almost $400 back and can’t use any of it. "
"Have been a loyal customer and spent hundreds of dollars at Yandy. The one time I needed to do an exchange (not a return) because the color wasn't the same as what was shown on their website, they wanted me to pay for shipping again and would only give a store credit for the original purchase (minus shipping costs). Spoke to supervisor Ashley and she was not nice and said she will not cover the $6.95 shipping for the replacement order. I told her to please check my purchase history that shows I have spent lots of money on your site, she stood her ground and will not even cover the $6.95 shipping cost for a loyal customer! Just on principle, I will not pay shipping twice for the item being shown incorrectly on their website. Also, they are very tricky as no where on the website or during your purchase does it say FINAL SALE. Yandy hides it in their return policy that any sale item is considered final sale, even if it is just 10% off! And you cannot return final sales (basically, anything that is discounted)!!! SO BUYER BEWARE!! Will never buy from Yandy again. Very bad customer service for just processing an exchange, can't image what it would be like if I wanted a refund. Taking my business elsewhere. "
"I've been a customer for years and have spent quite a bit with yandy. After the recent horrible customer service and the Black Friday sale debacle, I will never do business with them again. I will be reporting them for their fraudulent business tactics. Stay far away and spend your money at reputable companies!"

I ordered a pair of sports ****. They’re not what I thought but can not be returned even thought they are unopened! It was no final sale upon ordering but when wanted to return they’re many noted that this is final sale or this item is not returnable!! I have a feeling that this website is not honest! I won’t recommend this website to anyone and will not order anymore from this tricky website.

"Return policy states you can return by a certain date. I purchased early because I was concerned but after I read policy and confirmed via there direct chat I would be fine. I was well within the date and bought multiple items because of this. I planned On keeping 2 I liked best. Nothing fit as stated so I went to return and sure enough only option was store credit. It’s too bad because it looked like a nice variety of stuff. Thank god I waited on referring parents for my soccer team! "
"Good variety of styles but often don't fit well because lesser quality on a lot of items. Some items are good though. And since they accept returns, it can be worth trying, but not if they don't refund fully, as indicated by so many of the reviews here.
The biggest problem is unhelpful customer service reps who are very rude and snarky. Used to be much better in terms of customer service - used to be more friendly and helpful. Now they are very unpleasant to deal with - cold, rude and patronizing. Two reps acted like they were doing me a favor to speak with me - very condescending - then argued with me about my order history (and were wrong in the info they supplied), then another tried to con/manipulate me, as if that would make me think the service was fine. If you have to deal with customer service in any way, it is better to avoid altogether and not bother at all because that is where you will have problems."
