"While products look cool and well designed on it's website, the product I received is very low quality and rough on the edges. I was very disappointed and hence was seeking for an return.
The return process was a nightmare. It's been 3 months and I have not yet hear anything back from the company. The website says I need to email them first at ****@****, yet no one every replis. I emailed 4 times!! (email address is listed on their "return product" page)

to sum up:
- low quality product (Setgo Transport Urban Bag)
- 15% restocking fee , if you ever can get your item returned
- non-responsive cust service (3 mons still no reply)
