"I ordered yarn on Oct 1, and here it is, Oct. 20, and still no sign of my yarn. They cannot be reached by phone. The number listed is not in service."

missing yarn

"my order was missing 1 ball of yarn (5ozs.) and e mailed them. the reply was all about weight of yarn and weight of box so really calling me a liar. "
