"YesAsia is AMAZING for quality, my albums arrived safetly without bends or scratches and they have an AMAZING selection, especially for collectors. But. I have had multiple orders 'disapear' and never get to me, and it then took months to get a refund (with a lot of unneeded demanding on my side. I'm not a rude person, but I really had to be to get my money back) I think the express shipping is amazing, other than the fact that it costs $20 per item (which is ridiculous!) But if you can afford that then its great. But over all, I'm not sure if I can trust them anymore. I bought a limited edition signed album that I couldnt have gotten anywhere else, and they really got me upset over not delivering something that I had been looking forward to forever. Also, I had a friend who ordered a few albums with the normal 'free' shipping, and once those didn't show up after 3 months of waiting, YesAsia kindly gave her a tracking code on her order, which surprised us both since the normal shipping says it doesn't come with tracking, yet they've been hiding it from usthe whole time. Honestly, I buy mostly from Amazon now because at least their customer service isn't impossible. I had so much hope for YesAsia "
"Ordered albums from YesAsia for the first time and had to wait 2 months for them to actually be in stock even though the product page indicated it would only take 7 days. I ended up sending them an email to cancel the order, but still no response.
Although others had more positive experiences, I simply cannot recommend YesAsia because shipment is slow and they won’t notify if the product you ordered is out of stock until after you place it.
They should just be honest and keep unavailable products off the site until they get supplier issues figured out.
I appreciate the free shipping and no tax (US). Highly recommend if you utilize the $39 purchase free shipping and don’t mind a potentially long wait. However, this website isn’t for me and there’s cheaper and faster sites out there that I can trust.

"I've been shopping with Yesasia for years now (about 8) and they are one of my go-tos for kpop albums.
They're not without flaw--sometimes there are preorder bonuses and, even if you buy preorder multiple albums, they want to send only one, or you don't want to buy the poster but they'll only sell the preorder bonuses to you if you purchase the album + poster and that is silly, a preorder bonus is a preorder bonus. They do also have slightly higher prices than some others, to offset the 'free shipping'.
BUT, I shop with them because of the few sites I buy from, they seem to take the best care of their albums in the warehouses, which is crucial. I'd rather pay a little more and have albums I'm in love with. I have only once received a package wherein the CDs were not in a condition I was willing to accept and Yesasia accepted the return and exchanged it for a copy in better condition. I have also had a parcel get stuck in customs a very long time, to the point I thought it was lost; Yesasia has been the ONLY website to care and offer to send out a replacement shipment. Luckily the package did arrive a couple days later and it was not necessary but other websites I've purchased from had an "oh well, that ****" attitude when parcels got lost in the mail, so I really appreciate that Yesasia wasn't going to let me lose out like that and that earned them a lot of loyalty from me. Not to mention, their shipping is the fastest, hands-down.
All in all, a reliable site to purchase from, great customer service. The only time I might buy from another site is if an album has a preorder bonus, other than that, Yesasia is the best option."

"I'll have to be honest, if you plan on only buying one album for anything for less than 39USD you will probably get ripped off, their prices (at least on kpop albums) are higher than other websites. However, their slightly inflated pricing makes sense if you buy over 39USD worth of products as you obtain free shipping. In my past orders fro them I have also received my items quickly which is great! The website is easy to navigate and they have good currency converters which is also great. I have only received great service from them. But I need to advise you to spend until you get free shipping, it is when it becomes most worth it to shop with them. They are a very professional website and know what they are doing!"
