"Products are always 100%. Where they fail is in Customer Service. Their customer service is antiquated and slower than a snail. I ordered a Blu Ray and got a DVD....after quite a hassle I got my money back and they let me keep the dvd. Getting to that point was painful and sickening. I am giving them a "3" praying that they will get back to a "5". The other thing that is frustrating is adding your email for an "Out of Stock Item"....in 10 years I have yet to get a notice that the item was back in stock. Come on "YesAsiaNorthAmerica"....you are better than that."

One was fixed immediately and other than a wait in reshipping (understandable with a big company), I was very satisfied. The other two issues took a bit of fighting and arguing to get them to stand up and do the right thing but they came through on one - the other I got a small compensation.
