If they have the items in stock it'll take less than a week for them to ship it to you, but if they have to get it from their suppliers it'll take longer. The ship by date is shown in every listing. Personally, I order things based on shipping dates, even if I have to make two different orders.

I've never had a problem getting a refund on a faulty item, if done within the time window. But if you need to do a size exchange, you'll have to ship the item back at your cost."
