Not only were the broken glass shards a safety hazard, but the liquid that had been in the bottle successfully ruined all the boxes of the other products within my order, rendering one such product useless as a gift for my friend. I could have still given it to my friend, but the ruined box really took away from the presentation. I ended up keeping this gift for my friend to myself. Yesstyle customer service was not helpful. They shipped a replacement product to me (which took another 4 weeks to arrive) and applied a $5 credit to my account for a future order. However, when I signed back in (about a year later) to use the credit, it was no longer available to me. "
