The first time I was worried because I was using an unknown site and shipping all the way to NZ - but they surprised me by being faster than any other international service I've used. Since then it's not always been that fast, but my orders have always arrived in a reasonable time, and on the odd occasion it wasn't quite as portrayed, they were happy to refund.
