"Avoid this place! Purchased a pressure washer (SKU: YES4704) from them for Christmas. Put it together and gave it a try. It worked great - for 5 minutes. Literally, 5 minutes. After that it stopped pressurizing and sometimes didn't power on at all. Spoke to YesComUSA about it and was told there was nothing they could do. Because it's some cheap Chinese knock off, there is no company's brand name attached to it for me to pursue and I wasn't provided any information to follow up on from YesComUSA. Their offer - 5% off a future purchase. So for a $112.99 paperweight, they gave me the remedy of 5% off another hunk of junk from their site. I can't stress enough, if zero stars was available I would give them that rating. Check out their other ratings elsewhere, too - awful! Also several complaints on BBB, where they are NOT accredited. Don't spend a penny here, as you're better off just throwing your money in the garbage.
Update: YesComUSA refunded me for my purchase so I have updated my review to reflect that."

"3 months ago we ordered a trampoline mat and they sent us the wrong size. We immediately packed it back up to send back to them. They have a certain form you have to fill out for returns but I did not have the information needed to fill it out as they needed some number that would have been on an invoice but we didn’t even get one. Took three weeks to send it back because it is damn near impossible to get in contact with anyone from customer services but still got it returned to them within the 30 day return period. They still have not given me a refund. I have the confirmation from USPS that they received it and again, it is nearly impossible to reach anyone from customer services. So I basically got ripped off. "

"Ordered a roof cargo basket and it came in a reasonable amount of time. Out of the box the two outside ‘receiving’ tubes on the front frame (3 sections) were crushed, it looks like it was done at the factory because they are both on opposite sides. Tried calling and like other comments went right to voicemail because the box is full...nice. Sent email which in turn sent back an automated case number and notice that i would be contacted in 24 hrs - maybe that meant a random 24 hr period in the future sometime, anyway 120 hrs later nothing. Called back an opted to talk to someone in sales and was also dumped into a voicemail although I was able to leave a message...nothing, no response, crickets! Should of known with these types of distributor companies they could care less, oh well, lessened learned...don’t buy from YesComUSA."

"Purchased their tabletop stereo system through WalMart on line at the end of Sept. 2019. I wondered why I wasn't offered an extended warranty since it was through WalMart but wasn't offered online. By January tapes weren't playing right and 45's stopped playing when it got to a certain point on the record. Contacted the company and the response was oh well, there's only a 90 day warranty. I used this thing less than 6-7 hours total. They offered me a discount on other products, like I'm dumb enough to buy another interior defective product. NO THANKS. The last system I had was made by Panasonic purchased in 1988 and lasted up to a few years ago. Shameless the garbage that is put out today by these companies."

"The Watch advertised was not the one sent by YesCom.store. I received an inferior cheap excuse of a watch. On complaining, all I received was a sarcastic reply about how much it will cost to send the Un Smart Watch back. Then proof of receipt from them Etc. Etc. Etc.
