Horrible Service!

"I bought an item from them through Walmart.com. I am DONE with Walmart.com and YescomUSA. Amazon all the way. To be honest, it was partly my fault. I THOUGHT I was buying a popup canopy. Turns out I bought a popup canopy COVER. The picture was a popup canopy. The link that I clicked says "Pop up canopy". When you get inside and start reading, it finally says it is a replacement cover for a popup canopy. When I got the item I immediately contacted them. I asked for either a frame for my cover or a return. They said I could return it no problem - if I paid for the return and the original postage. Yeah, okay, it will end up costing me money to give them their product back. No thanks. $28 lesson learned."

Worst ...worst.. worst company.

"Worst ...worst.. worst company. I ordered an item and realized it was not what I wanted. I tried to cancel the order 45 minutes later and was unable. Their website told me I had to cancel via email. I wrote the email stating I needed to cancel my order. I got no response. I tried again the following morning to email and got no response. The following day they responded to my email stating they could not cancel my order because it had already shipped. My next move was to try and call them but there was no number on the site so I had to Google it. When I spoke to the people there they told me that I could just refuse it but I would be charged for the refusal or I could return it but I had to pay the shipping on my own. Why should I have to pay for anything I tried to cancel the order and they never responded until it was shipped. Don't waste your time with this company you'll just be mad find somewhere else to buy your items."

You get what you pay for!!!

"I am so upset that I did not do my review before purchasing from this company. There are soooo many bad reviews. Anyone purchasing from this company should beware! Let me add to their laundry list! I purchased a tent that I thought was reasonably priced but as so many others have stated in their comments.... I too was given a run around, unprofessional/uncaring staff, and had to pay out of pocket to return a faulty item. The return was as much is I paid for the item. They offered me a discounted label which honestly still left me with NO RESONABLE RETURN AMOUNT. Please don't be fooled by the inexpensive prices. YOU TRULY GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!! I will definitely do my homework the next time. Needless to say but I will NEVER buy from them again. SIGH.......

I ordered a 4000 pound winch made in China

"I was looking for a 4000 pound winch and filed this company out of California yes.com USA so I thought they would be a made-in-america company I ordered a 4000 pound winch installed it on my car hauler the first time I used it it works and function properly within about 2 more tries the in and out was not functioning it would go in but not out with the toggle switch I checked all the terminals they looked like there was a little bit of rust from the moisture even when I had it in an enclosed battery compartment on my trailer the moisture got to the terminals and inside the little black solenoid box which caused more rust after I clean the post and put everything back together it would only function the cable in but it would not function cable out I called the company sent him an email nobody responded I still had 90 day warranty and wanted to return the item but nobody"

"ordered filter system midnight and next day i ve called them to cancel.they told me box its ready for shipping but not shipped out yet.they cant cancel order otherwise they will charge returnd shipping fee for box which didnt leave warehouse yet.
if you search online you ll see everybody complaint about those scumbugs.funny thing is how come consumer affair let those type people scum the public

Awful customer service don’t shop here

"Purchased a trampoline pad replacement and safety net replacement came linked together as a set patting fit but the netting was too small no big deal will just send it back wrong shipping was $23 for a $32 purchase so I asked for a shipping label or some kind of discount to ship it back and get the right one I know got told it was not their problem I could always Ship it back and get a replacement or by a new one those are my options The service guy was very snotty and Like he had an attitude and I was offending him for calling and it it was in my fault for ordering the wrong one But like I said they were linked together on the website and said they work together anyway like I said very **** poor customer service would never buy another item from them ever again and hopefully this save somebody else I’m going through the same problems I did trying to get my four-year-old trampoline fixed"

Not as described

"Horrible experience, Item was not described correctly. After numerous emails, Yescom did offer a refund, as stated in their policy, but I would have to pay the return shipping cost. No customer service. Will never, ever buy from them again!!! Oh btw, item was to deliver between 9/21 and 9/26. It did not ship until the 26th when I sent a request to find out the disposition. Recieved on 10/3."

Unsatisfactory product

"I purchased a 10x10 exit replacement canopy for my frame. The product description said it would fit. When I received the canopy it didn't fit. I asked for a return certificate to have the company pay for shipping. I was told it was against company policy even though the description said it would fit a 10x10 frame. I will not purchase anything from this company I think you should not either "

lies and misleading

"I bout an umbrella on Saturday (money deducted from my bank on Saturday) the order was processed on Monday and a shipping label was created on Monday. On Wednesday I contacted them and they said it was lost in transit by ups. They said if it hasn't moved in 24 hours they would do ship a replacement. Thursday I called and they said they would send a replacement that their inventory says they had it in stock . Few minutes later I get a call saying that there was ONE but it was being processed for a new order and that they couldn't do anything since it was beginning processed . So instead of shipping that one to me they said they would wait until Monday to ship another. After they just said they didn't have anymore. They do nothing but lie bc when I called ups they said that they haven't picked it up only that a label was created but not left the seller."

Worst customer service !!!

"I bought led lights. They stopped working. After several emails they couldn't help me. Store is a joke !!! I will never by from this **** place again !! So much for making customers happy. Bunch of ignorant people !! I should of read the reviews before I purchesed my item. They get your money and don't care about the buyer. Buyers read the REVIEWS before you buy from this place !!!
