After reaching out to seller to see what can be done, they said it was my fault for poor specification and offered no compensation or replacement whatsoever. When I check the tracking it state that on 12/7/2021 from CHINA the flight has been booked waiting for departure. My package has not even left China yet! Had I known that the order was coming from China with such a long lead time I would never had placed the order. When I write to customer service, their response is the order has been sent. "I have ordered 5 different times with them and the delivery has varied from 20-28 days. Your order will come from a province in China, then will work itself to a par el delivery to either Shanghai or Hong Kong (I’ve checked all my orders). If you ask for update on email, you might get a USPS tracking number but this number is just a label since it’s waiting for the parcel to either get to there facility in USA or it’ll just skip and get delivered to your house. If you need the shirt or whatever the case maybe within a month then I would stay away from ordering from YESCUSTOMS but if you order does not need to be in your possession within a month, then I highly recommend them. The shirts I bought were all stretchy and the prints looked exactly as advertised. Hope this helps. "
