"SCAM! I ordered an mp3 charger from this company. Not only did they send me the wrong cord, they expected me to pay for shipment of the item wrong THEY sent - back to China! After repeated efforts to speak with something on the phone, they eventually stopped responding to emails and phone calls. "

"I ordered a product online with this company. After two weeks of not receiving my ordered product, I contacted them and asked them why I have not received this shipment yet. They told me that they had to order the product from China which would further delay shipping. Nowhere in their product catalog does it say they may not have the product they advertised and it may take another month, on top of the already 15 day maximum delivery time. My contact with this company has been via email. They refused to give me a date in which I should expect this product. They simply tell me to wait with date and no tracking information. They will not answer my questions and also seem to avoid responding to my emails. I was misled in their false advertising regarding shipment time. I feel that this may be a scam or just a very poorly run company.
Today. I received the package after all this aggravation, and IT WAS THE WRONG PART!
What they had sent me was not what was advertised online. When you call their phony customer service line, it is only an electronic voicemail. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! YOU ARE ASKING FOR TROUBLE!"
