"In November, I ordered 2 Waldorf Dolls as a Christmas presents for my grandchildren.To date have not received that dolls. The only package I received was a Christmas stocking with a thank you note. I contact them and they said it was delivered to the mailbox. I told them this is my business address and there is no mailbox. They emailed me tracking number and after talking to the local postmaster, he said this is what scammers do. I am going to report them to FTC . DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS COMPANY. "
"In early November 2021 I ordered a Waldorf Doll as a Christmas present. To date have not received that doll. Tracking # they gave me at time of purchase told me nothing. Finally they gave me a tracking # that indicated the package was delivered to me on 12-28 at 11:46 am. A package was delivered to me on that date but what was in it was a cheesy Christmas stocking with a thank you note. I didn’t realize what was happening at the time when I received the package. That was a ploy for them to declare a package was delivered and as far as they’re concerned the postal service either delivered to the wrong address or someone stole it out of my mailbox. I did speak to the local postmaster and he said this is what scammers do. I did contact yo-yo and now they want a picture of the merchandise, box and label which I threw the whole thing away when I received it! And they probably know this. Wow! It’s amazing to me that people spend so much time trying to figure out how to get something for nothing instead of doing good in this world. I’m not through with these people at all!"

"I too ordered a Doll and received a Stocking as a token gift instead. Emailed several times and get the same response. "Please be patient, blah, blah, blah" Trying to see if I can get my money back, but somehow I doubt it. The web-site appeared as you were ordering something "Make in the USA", but no, after I received my tracking I thought "oh boy, this is not going to be good". Very disappointed. The Dolls looked so cute. "

"Rip off company as far as I am concerned!!!! Advertised Waldorf dolls and so pretty, made of all natural organic material.....5 days after ordering received email with tracking # when I went to it it was coming from China!!! I really thought I was dealing with a US company!!! A week later a small package arrived in my mail box with a Christmas Stocking in it telling me my order was "customized" and it would take longer to receive so here was a token from them!!!! What the @$@!#!!!! Tried repeatedly to contact them at ****@**** and ****@**** and it took days to get a response and they wanted me to take a picture of the package and what was inside of it and give them my address, name and phone # and I responded that I had provided them with the order # what I ordered and the tracking # that they had sent me and that should be enough!!! Get the same response several days later!!! Called credit card and they will investigate and refund the charge. "

"Wish I was able to see reviews before I purchased. I was sucked in by the YOYOWIZ pen and then saw other products. I ordered several x-mas gifts. Some of my items we in the main box while other items I order were within another box of one specific product. Had I not opened it and just wrapped it I would have thought my items were missing.
I was given a bag of pure clay. How am I supposed to give this to someone as a gift. There is no labeling to even say it is clay. There is nothing to show as an example that this can be used to make an ornament or anything with purpose for that matter.
Next, was the knitting bag which was grossly misrepresented. They have an image with several balls of yarn however, if I were to purchase a new ball of yarn it would barely fit as a single item in this bag. The knitting bag did not give the specifications online preorder.
Finally, the YOYOWHIZ pen came with very minimal information. I am going to show my nephew a few videos and see if it helps.
I reached out to this company a few times. The international call went straight to voicemail. I sent two emails there were never acknowledged. I was going to follow the return instructions but this being international shipping during the peak season it is too costly for it to benefit. Yes, every penny counts as I hate to waste but I also am short a few gifts now. "

"Ordered a Duplo set for my daughter for Christmas, opened the box on Christmas Eve to find a men's anti-aging cream in the box, and no Duplo set. Contacted customer service, got an ?indian that barely spoke English, clearly reading from a cue card. Told me they had no move of the Duplo set, if I return the men's aging cream, they would credit me for the Duplo set that I paid for but never received. Like maybe a credit for a future purchase, the customer service rep didn't understand the question. AWFUL, stay away from this company working out of someone's garage."
