"I had a great experience with yoga accessories despite problems with my order.
First off, I ordered yoga power straps (which were unknowingly back ordered when I purchased them). I was called directly by a customer representative telling me when they would be back in stock and asking me if I wanted them. Not only that they upped my shipping speed.
Following that, it turned out the color I wanted was no longer available, at which time I was contacted by email asking me if I wanted another color. When I received my shipment they forgot one set of the straps. Once I contacted them about this issue, they resolved and shipped out my straps on one day shipping.
Despite all of my problems with my order, the customer service team went above and beyond to make sure I got the product I wanted. With service like that I will order from them again. "
"I purchased a yogitoes towel from Yoga accessories for $53.00. Having changed my mind, I returned the towel in new condition(paying the cost of shipping) and was credited $23.00 to my account. So I essentially paid $40.00 for absolutely nothing. I definitely would NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!

"Got an RMA and returned an inferior item. Three weeks later they still have not acknowledged the return. I did finally get an email response from one person who said it takes a 'few days' to clear the warehouse. Sent them the tracking number that they have received the item. Three weeks later, still no acknowledgement of the return. "

"I am from Canada. I am aware of the ambiguity about the terms "international orders" when referring to Canadian orders. Their policy was to contact them for international orders. I made my order w/o it and my charged s/h was as computed. So I guess they exclude Canada in international. I want to exchange items. I use the form on their website. Automated reply to sent back items. Nobody to check whether I was from Canada or not! I sent the items back. No refund! 2 months later... I contacted them. They reply: "No returns on international...". But they did a partial refund??? I told them why they didn't issue RMA when we ask for returns? I ask them why they didn't send back my package (I did pay the s/h) instead of issuing a partial refund? No reply twice. Guess what? They update the policy web page. 1)International now include Canada and 2)they issue RMA. They pretend to be online since 1997?!?! All I get to better their policy? Partial refund. But beware, customer service is bad! You can't get to anyone on their free and paid phone number; just voice mail both for customer service and sales. I couldn't speak to anyone on the phone and they don't reply to my emails."
"Incredibly incompetent. Whoever gave these people money to start up a business would have been better off setting it on fire because they are spectacularly inattentive and slow. I placed an order in early October of 2008. I received my order without delay, and returned the items within a week. I just now received my refund in LATE JANUARY 2009. I do bear some of the blame for not noticing that they had failed to refund my money sooner, but it was not a lot of money and I forgot about it. Had I remembered that I was owed a refund, I would have had a few words for the clowns who run this company. People this incompetent should have absolutely no business handling money."
"Place this order and specified that it needed to be delivered by the 21 and provided a contact number.They acknowledged the order but did not provide me with a tracking number; contacted them on the 17,after having left various messages and never getting a response,and when I said that if it hadn't left I will cancel the order, they promised me that it will be delivered on the 20. It didn't and it took me a month to get a refund in the end. Not the kind of service you expect, misleading information all the time NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THEM AND WILL DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO USE THEM AT ALL"

I ordered on 8/26/05. The postage meter stamp was dated 9/6/05! And there was NO communication. And this was an item simply dropped into a paper envelope.
So: good pricing, but not if you're in a hurry!"
