"WORST Customer Service I have ever encountered!!! I hope other customers DO NOT have the terrible experience I had. Their return policy does not match what they claim!! NO ONE will answer the phone to return the product. I finally got through by using the "place an order" selection on their phone menu. No one will return your call or e mail you as they say! I received my refund after threatening to use PayPal to open a case against them! Thank God I used PayPal. YOU have been warned about their return claims."

Thus far I'm satisfied with my clothing items (Audrey short and a modal racerback tank) purchased for my Bikram yoga classes. Since I just opened box today, I haven't had opportunity to try them out, so I hope they perform as described in our 105 degree room.

That's what prevented me from giving five stars. It's a little worrisome to have the credit card charged in seconds and not have a follow up email regarding the shipment and tracking number.
