"I ordered a Hercules Mk4 controller on 9/7/10 and I still have not received it 9/29/10. I've tried contacting them twice about this and have had no success in getting clear information. They said it was back ordered but they will have the company ship it directly to me from their warehouse. I received an email saying customer service #1223 and that was it. It was extremely vague and I am very unimpressed with this company's "service" if you can even call it that. "

"I was told that 22 units of the Hercules RMX were in stock before I placed my order on a Friday. I was also told by a sales rep that the company has been in business for 13 years.(not true) I placed my order and sent an email requesting a tracking number. Monday, Shawn responds to my email saying the units are in stock and will ship "today, maximum by tomorrow. I waited the maximum, plus one day, and used their live chat to find out the status of my order. I was told at this time the units were on back order and would ship 5-7 days max. I was feeling iffy about this transaction and decided on a refund which hasn't been issued yet. Also note, the product which was about $100 cheaper than a reputable site,was taken down from their site when I started asking questions. I will update the status IF my refund is issued."

"My package is due to arrive tomorrow-ish, about two and a half weeks after I ordered it and two weeks after I got charged. They gave very little information regarding the delays to my order until I emailed them, at which point I received a prompt reply.

I don't know how well they run when everything is going smoothly, but they definitely need to be more proactive about informing customers when there are difficulties.

I'm assuming my order arrives in perfect condition, if not, I'll update this review."
