"To anyone who is thinking of buying anything from Yonies please beware. Your warranty is a useless piece of paper , nobody would honor it. On top that, dealing with Yoni M, the man person behind the Yonies, is an absolutely nightmare. He does not have any honorable business ethic.
I bought a Kitchenaid mixer from Yonies, They did deliver the goods quickly. Unfortunately, my mixer broke down after 3 months of use, so I thought it well within the warranty period. I contacted both Kitchenaid in US and Australia, and showed them the warranty card and registration number. Both of them said NO. We contacted Yoni, he emailed the diagram of the mixer and asked us to figure out which part is broken. We told him we are not the repair guy, can’t do it. Then he just ignores us totally. After numerous emails and telling him that we will write this, he responded with the threat of engaging a lawyer to stop us writing this story. He then used the tactic of delaying us to write this by telling us that he has contacted the guy who can decide the matter in Kitchenaid US. He avoided giving us this guy’s name, by telling us the matter now needs go someone of higher position in Kitchenaid US. All in all, he knows the products that he sells are not covered by anybody. Save yourself some your hard earned money and endless trouble, stay away from Yonies and the man behind the company -Yoni M."
