"Depsite being advertised as "in stock" with next day shipping, my order was not in stock. I waited nearly three weeks to hear about shipment and had to email the company to learn that it would be another two weeks. At that time, I emailed them and they informed me it was still not available and I should wait an additional two weeks. I chose not to. I cancelled my order instead of waiting indefinitely. In fairness, my credit card was not charged and they responded to my emails promptly. I ordered the item from a different vendor and had it at my house in one week."

Therefore, I email to their customer support to cancel the order. Within 1 hour, I got a confirm reply and my order had been cancled.

Another 3 days pass (on (December 16th) I FINALLY get a confirmation email that it has been shipped with a tracking number. I receive the package another 4 days later only to find that they shipped the wrong items!!! I received the Quick Chop, but instead of the Perfect Pancake, I got a cheaper imatation (Pancake Pro). The Pancake Pro cost $6.95, compared to the Perfect Pancake, which costs $14.95. Hmmm... mistake? I think not! I sent an email awaiting response.
Stay away from this company, not only did it take 2 weeks to get the item, but sent the wrong item when it was FINALLY shipped!!! I will never buy from them again, and hope no one else does either."

Here is my story:
I ordered a "Perfect Pancake" maker from them on 7/8/02 for $19.95 (plus $5.95 shipping). I used a $20.00 internet coupon [flchp09183222020] when I placed the order. They charged my credit card on 7/8 (for the $5.95 shipping). The next day, I got an email from them that my order was cancelled, with no explanation why. They did not, however, credit my credit card for the charge. After several phone calls and emails to the company and also to my credit card company, they finally credited my credit card on 8/4.
I feel that charging my card before shipping an item [According to the New York Law Journal: "No reputable site will do this"], and making me wait four weeks for the credit [The FTC States that: "A refund must be issued within seven business days of receiving your request"] warrants my recommendation to STAY AWAY!"
