"Highly recommend this site. I used them with great satisfaction."
"I bought a Treo for $350 from YouNeverCall on May 16, 2006, It came with two rebates, one for $50 and the other for $150. I had to send in my rebates from 150 to 210 days after my purchase with my carrier's (Cingular) bill to prove I had cell phone service for 6 months. I filled out the forms carefully and mailed them in on Oct 21, 2006.
I received two letters dated February 2, 2007 which rejected both rebates. They said I had not filed within 210 days, had not included a legible email address, etc.
I called and spoke with a person at YouNeverCall. I informed her that her company was not honoring rebates and that Consumer Reports explicitly cited YouNeverCall as failing to honor rebates.
I'm out $200. I will never buy anything from YouNeverCall again and I hope that if enough people complain, something can be done to stop this rebate abuse.

"Out of curiosity, I searched the name of this company on google to see what would come up before deciding which wireless authorized dealer to purchase from. To my surprise, I saw a site saying "fraud alert" and a customer complaining about how he never received his rebate. Nevertheless, I decided to take my chances, and I'm glad I did. My experience was nothing like his. It was practically flawless. I placed an order on 10/9 for a phone for my mother and me on a Cingular Family Plan, and a few hours later received an e-mail that my mother's credit had been approved, but that an additional deposit was needed because it didn't quite meet requirements. This I understood because my mom's credit ain't so great. The deposit was $300. I had some extra cash in the bank, and the customer service rep promised that it would be refunded after 12 months, so I agreed to pay the deposit. I was, after all, getting 2 free phones. So I moved the money to my checking account, it was taken, and the phones were activated and packed for shipping (since it was Saturday night, I would have to wait till Monday for shipment). On Monday morning I received an e-mail that they were shipped via FedEx, as well as provided with a tracking number. The tracking number said that it was overnight shipping - which I paid nothing for! I was overjoyed. The next day, I received my phones without a problem. They were brand new and packaged well. What's more, yesterday when I checked my bank account, I found that the $300 had already been refunded! I could not believe my eyes. The only problem I had was my own fault. I accidentally chose a family plan $10 higher than what I had intended to pay per month, and when I called to change it, it was too late as the phones had already been activated. The customer service rep tried her best to resolve this, however, and I'm grateful. Oh well, $10 isn't that much more to pay.
Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this company. They have a great selection of phones at great prices, helpful customer service, and extremely fast shipping. Instead of waiting for hours on hold for a customer rep, the max I waited was 7 minutes (probably because Younevercall isn't as popular as other companies such as wirefly). Ignore the negative reviews, because chances are that there are many more positive experiences, but those with negative experiences are the ones writing most of the reviews to lament their misfortune to the whole world.
And one more thing: I was in no way encouraged by the company to write this review. I just thought that it would be great for people to read a positive review for a wireless dealer for once for a company that deserves all the business they get.
***UPDATE: It turns out they DID take the $300 from my bank account ($290.01 to be exact), but I don't mind, as long as they refund it in 12 months. I'm still enjoying my phone and I still HIGHLY recommend this company."
