"Initial experience was great with management, teachers, and in general overall. Long-standing director left and two directors in the interim have been poor with rebuilding morale and teacher support and it is evident to the families."

Although I wish we got more photo/activity tag updates more frequently than once or twice a month. Sometimes the classroom still seems dirty in the morning."

"The new director, Carie, is not welcoming when children and parents enter the building. I would like the director to be more engaging and have better relationships with parents. She has never asked me about how my kids have been doing in their respective classrooms. The infant cottage administrator does not have consistent rules for all families. The rules change for each family, which I believe is unfair. We need to see written rules and have them implemented across all children."

"We’ve been with the young school for 3.5 years so far with two children. Our experience started out amazing but has definitely gone downhill since covid and the change in ownership. My biggest concern is teacher turnover. It’s impossible to continue to receive the high quality care and education when the classroom lacks consistency. This is one of the more expensive daycares in the area and I used to be absolutely fine paying that price because it showed in the care and education and I, unfortunately, no longer feel that way."
