(990-13-GEN-0). The filters were $20 ea. which is $10 more than a generic pad, but about the same price as other online resellers and they fit perfectly.
The shipping was prompt (3 days!), and I recevied an email notification of my order. I will be buying from them again in the future."
"Unbelievably poor experience with yourfilters.com. Wish I'd read the review here before I ordered. I ordered two 3pks of humidifier filters - my order never changed from pending on the website. When I finally called on 1/20 to check the status of my order, I was told that there had been a problem with it and that it had been back-ordered for a period of time, but that I should be receiving it that day. Note that I never received anything from yourfilters.com indicating my order was on back-order (though they did have my email address). When I received the shipment, they were generic filters - nothing on my invoice indicated that they were not Vicks and Duracraft. I did not receive 2 3pks, I received 6 individuals. When I called to question yourfilters.com, I was told that "This high quality replacement filter is manufactured by RPS products." is included on the details page (no where else) of the product and that is how I should have known that the products were generic. I recommend NEVER ordering from yourfilters.com!!"
"Placed an order Jan 3, checked back on Jan 9 and order still pending. Send an email and they say its on backorder. A week after that it finally comes in. My order on the web page still says "pending". This is not a reliable place to order from in my opinion. They did not tell me my order was backordered or what was going on with it. THEN they sent me a generic alternative to what I ordered without asking me first."
