"I ordered a printer part on 5/22 and it just arrived on 6/4 (13 days). I tried at least 10 times to contact yourprinters.com via the telephone and all available email addresses they post on their website asking the status of this order and I got NO RESPONSE. They do not reply to their emails and they do not answer the phone. I assumed that I wouldn't get the order so I ended up ordering from another company. Now I have 2 parts instead of one and this is a part that I will never order again so I am stuck paying double for the part.

DO NOT ORDER FROM YOURPRINTERS.COM."
"Yourprinters.com does not have a telephone to call to get a status of an order, also they do not reply to e-mails. I have tried to cancel my order but they don't reply to that either. I think they might be a bogus company. I will never order again from this site and will advise as many people who will listen."
