"Yunsentech sells external bluray drive for imac and promises to provide necessary software to enable bluray functionality free of charge. However, company does not honour this contractual obligation. It only sends links for 10 day watermarked trial versions that cost 40 usd to register for removal of watermark and time limit. When you query this as not fulfilling its contractual obligation it sends links to sites that Symantec and Sky Broadband Shield block due to security vulnerabilities. One of the links it sends attempted to fraudulently harvest my iTunes payment authority ... CONCLUSION ... BEWARE THIS COMPANY"

"I bought a tablet from Yun Sen tech in January of 2012 and they never sent it. I tried to get my money back and they have refused it issue my credit. I have tried contacting the company on numerous occasions but no one has offered to help"

"Date 24th of June:

I'm currently in the process of buying a tablet from this company. One major drawback is that at ordering time the company doesn't automatically calculate shipping cost. You receive afterwards an invoice for that. In my case the shipping costs turned out to be US$30 higher (74 instead of 44) than expected. Thanks to a "mistake" on their website.

I can recommend to contact the company first and ask for a written confirmation about shipping costs before ordering or do no business with them until their on-line shop can automatically calculate shipping costs at ordering time...

Now hoping they will ship a fault free tablet very soon.

Update on: 9th of July 2011.
Allthough I receive a shipping ID from DHL nearly three weeks ago, the shipping ID returns an unknown error message back at the DHL website. I contacted DHL and they confirmed that is shippings ID was not known to them! I did not get a reply message from Yun Sen Tech when I asked them for a better proof of shipment than just their email statement.

When I tried to login on their website to view my order I receive an error message of unknown user. Tried to use the forgot password option to reset the password leads me to "Server object error 'ASP 0177 : 800401f3' Server.CreateObject Failed etc..."

Via a simple specific html page request I got an overview, like order number, date and amount of all "not finished" orders from their website dating from the 11th of april untill today. Some stats of the overview are:

"Not Finished" orders: 462
Total amount for the orders (excluding last one which is ridiculously high of $399.000,00) : $64.411,00 US Dollar!!!

If I receive no good response from them before Tuesday the 12th of July I'll start a dispute payment @Paypal.....


For now I strongly recommend not to do business them!"
