"I had a horrible experience with this supplier!!!! Their images on site are very misleading. The pieces were shipped to me in a DHL bag and wrapped with tape, there was nothing to protect the jewelry I purchased. There was also no Invoice or packing list attached.

The jewelry on the other hand looked like it was made of garbage! The rice pearls had holes in them, the gold plated pieces were inconsistent in colour and texture and NOT suitable for resale. The silk on the necklaces were a totally different colour to online and looked dirty! The glue used to stick gems was like black glue and just looked nasty. I had to return 80% of my order with them.

Of course there's no response to my emails and when you check the website it claims all taxes, customs etc are to be paid by the customer, MIND YOU, they never sent an invoice or packing list so what exactly are customs charging you on???? Total Rip Off!!!! I'm waiting to see how Yurdan handles my total dissatisfaction

"Beware what they don't say!! We unexpectedly paid over £100 duty on a kilim which made it a very expensive item. Terms and conditions should be clearer, it intimates that although customers are responsible for taxes and duty they will check the costs and get back to you. When challenged on this the final response is basically we don't tell you if you don't ask!!! Shame really because up until then quite a good experience."
