The 30 day return period passed due to extenuating circumstances and the company wouldn't even offer a store credit, let alone a refund. I understand the policy however I think it's absolutely ridiculous that a company as big as theirs would offer no resolution to this problem. I will no longer be shopping at Zara!!"
"Horrible service. Received items that I paid a higher price for and the day I received them they go on sale. Customer service refused to refund the difference. Went into the store and they said I "could return the items and come back the next day and purchase again IF they were available." These "non american" companies have no concept of what customer service means."

These people don't value their customers! I've spent thousands of dollars in this company and I guess they don't give a f****. I placed 2 orders to be delivered before Xmas, and it's Dec. 27 and one is gonna be delivered next year: thanks a lot, I don't need it anymore. and the other one? thanks for asking.... I don't even have a tracking number of!! When you call Zara, all they say is that the carrier this and that... guess what? I don't care!!! it's your job to ensure that I get my items, plain and simple! Some b**** I was on the phone with, decided to put me on hold! yes on hold! and I was not even being rude, I was just asking for what was fair: cancel both orders.. why? because they are not here sunshine!! But there is no "button" to push to do so, so I have to wait for the orders to be delivered some time next year and take the time to cancel them. Some other clothing stores offer something to the customer, a discount, some free items... it's just the fact of offering something for not doing your job. In short, I will never ever purchase at ZARA US and I will make sure I will spread the word around my circle of people which will also be doing the same.

Zara took full amount of money and upon delivery one of the boxes were missing. Their online chat is the worst not helpful at all, no well communication and no follow up on ur case and their customer email is the worst, I made a complain (multiple time) no one have replied back to me to check (I believe no one checking it) even they don’t have auto reply. And not only that, they didn’t know the mistake have happened from them or the courier (Aramex) which later found that Aramex delivered only 2 boxes and since 2 weeks I am following up with them till now I didn’t get my items (7 items were missing)
Don’t ever order online from Zara, their customer service is the worst, and don’t order from a place they deal with Aramex (v bad courier service)
If Zara is not ready for online shopping, I don’t know why they have started (maybe only to make us suffer) "

"Ordered something over a week ago to arrive with next day delivery. The order never came. I have called, emailed and used the live check with ZARA several times to the same response. There is nothing we can do,its down to our courier. The order was quite expensive and still no sign of it and now the tacking number for my order on hermes does not even exist. ZARA has the worst customer service and ownership for taking responsibility for its orders. ZARA uses Hermes , The worst courier company in London to deliver their parcels, by choosing the courier they use some responsibility should be taken if customers have issues with getting their orders, as at the end of the day I am Shopping with ZARA not Hermes. I have always loved ZARA products but after this experience I wouldn't recommend shopping with them or even consider shopping with them again as I am out of pocket, without my order and was given no support or apology and all the customer service did was say you need to contact the courier but cannot provide an email address, phone number or any information for that matter on how to get my parcel . "Would give zero stars if it was possible to. Truly the worst customer services of any high street retailer. Perhaps not a concern until you actually need assistance, but every experience so far has shown a really terrible standard of goodwill with little regard for its established customer base. Definitely recommend shopping at H&M, ASOS or Arket or Stories as they really seem to respect and support the customer. Given the increasing lack of quality of many of their lines and their unwillingness to support reasonable customer returns, my advice would be to show caution shopping here and try any other high street retailer."
