Worst mistake

"Absolutely the worst decision I’ve made I’ve had nothing but endless problems since I had a set of these installed on my vehicle problems I’m still dealing with my car has been stationary for the last week waiting on other suspension parts that all of a sudden failed going on a 3rd alignment I’ve got a bent BC strut and I’m getting no reply from BC racing to correct this problem owned these coil overs 2 weeks and car was only drivable the first week of install now it’s un drivable and sits parked as mechanic awaits parts seems my whole suspension has failed as a result of these coilovers never had I had an issue with my suspension until I purchased these very disappointed probably going back to stock struts paid 1100 for these coilovers and they have brought me about the same amount of repair so cost me 2200 SMH"

Poor Quality 3800 Oil Pan And Customer Service

"It **** that I ordered a car part and the company is acting **** off that I want to return a bad part saying they stand by their work. Since they are refusing to fix the part or send one in useful condition to me I don't think they care about their product. I paid for 1 day shipping too and sending it back to them I'm gonna be loosing money on the part cuz they will not provide shipping for me and on top of that they want to charge me a 10% restocking fee. I'm baffled that they said another part will have the same amount of sealing surface pitting, the products surface also has rough machining marks around the edges, if I take a straight edge to it it will not be flat and show daylight underneath it, on the inside of the oil pan there are molding mark circles with rough burrs that I can pick off with my fingernail and if those got into my transmission it would ruin it. I don't care if they run it in their cars and say they never had a problem with it...I want my money back including the extra money I paid for 1 day shipping. They also advised me to not buy another part from me if I do not trust in their products. I think I have a better luck taking this oil pan to a machine shop and paying them to fix it since the company refuses to fix it as I'd think all parts would have a warranty."

"they assumed I was some dumb kid and planted shards of metal in my old gearbox oil, how else could you find dog hair In used oil, be very careful, wanted to remove my engine gearbox main oil seal and replace timing belt, I had a train to catch 3 days later on a road trip to Athens Greece and back, had a second garage go over the car who deemed the oil leaks to be bogus, the car drove through France into Germany then Italy Greece and back to north wales without any issue, 147mph achieved on the autobahn and cruising speeds of 120mph flawless trip, never one single oil drip from the car while it was in my possession.

I still have the photographs and proposed remedial work write up and advised me not to drive away in the Subaru wrx turbo.

seriously crooked behaviour from this garbage, sorry I mean garage.

Won't return defective light assemblies

"These headlights I believed would be a step up in quality from ebay assemblies, but I was extremely wrong. I recieved these in a large very well packaged zzp box. Once I opened them, I was happy to see included 9007 lamps included but disappointed to see the quality of these headlamp assemblies. They are made from Tawain. I put all those thoughts aside since I already had them in front of me, and didnt want to deal with returning them.
After removing my headlamps from my 01 GTP, I began swapping the mini light harness from the lights which I have done thousands of times. When screwing the corner marker back to the main assembly on the passeger side, the bracket simply crumbled into many pieces, with absolute zero effort ,and zero over tightening. I have installed these headlights many times. I've owned a 97 GT and 01 GTP since 2006, and I am very familiar with the quality of lights on the market and prices. I tried to return them and ZZp refused up and down. They said it was 100% my fault and didnt even consider that maybe this one set was cast incorrectly. The result is this is a bad cast and product failure. They do not care about their customers. I bought thousands of dollars of stuff from them and they didnt care to listen. They refused and replied saying they never had problems with these lights ever when they had them. I will never be doing business with them ever again, and I will be spreading the word about how they endorse cheap products and lose customers over a simple $100 dollar order that could have been resolved easily. This was a case of a faulty and defective product that broke in my possession that ZZP says was 100% my fault. Do not buy these headlights, be aware of there customer service.

Will not let you return product, even when incorrect!

"Absolutely worst customer service I have ever received. Received a mis-shipped order and was told I would have to pay a 10% restocking fee. After filing a PayPal claim Ryan D filed a CC charge back and their item was already returned. I am now seeking legal advice for a fraudulent cc charge back.
Does the ownership have no control of their employees?

"ZZP is amazing and parts are good and yes at times it feels like their communication system is off but over all they always help me out with my issues for my ride....customer service is good and they always try to make a customer satisfied ....i love ZZP ...thank yall..."

"Do NOT order from this company! WORST online ordering experience I've ever had! After placing an order with them (my payment posted right away!) a week later the order still hadn't shipped. I contacted them by email asking has this been shipped. They responded back the next day, that they needed additional information from me and quickest way was to reply to the verify link. Not including what this information is they need! Oh, by the way, the link is broken...email can't be sent! So I reply back to the orders email. I'm getting pretty irritated by now so I figure I'll call their customer service number. Guess what? It's an unmanned number, a recorded message says they don't take calls! You leave a voicemail and they say they will return your call. Still waiting on what void my $337 order got sucked into..."

"best performance parts for most gm platforms. customer support is some of the best I've ever had bar none. parts are reasonably priced and shipping is always extremely quick usually within 2 days of order. zzp always answers questions that i have in a very timely mannor"
