"I recently purchased 2 Ryzen 7 systems from ZaReason. These beasts are fast and can do everything I need from them. I also received a free graphics card upgrade on both of them to the GTX 1660.
I have no complaints at all with them. They exceeded my expectations and I will be buying a desktop from them again. "
"
I just ordered my 5th zareason computer. I needed to replace an old one from pcsforeveryone, and my first 4 zareasons all worked great, so I went zareason this time too."
"Very poor experience. I ordered a Limbo 6250a with wifi. The unit arrived quickly, but was missing the antennae for the wifi card. After receiving those, I found the unit had not been configured properly for the wifi card. I had to completely reinstall the OS, reconfigure, and with a weak signal (probably meaning a bad driver for the card) finally had to replace the wifi card with an old one I had that works. Interaction with the company was less than helpful. In fact, they didn't return my third and last call. Never again!"
"My experience with ZaReason was top-notch on two different occasions. One a laptop and one a tower PC. In both cases the products worked as expected. I purchased these units without any operating system. I did have some difficulties installing my OS onto the laptop due to my lack of experience with secure-boot issues. The person at ZaReason that I dealt with was helpful (and successful at being helpful).
I wouldn't hesitate to use their products/services in the future."
"I ordered a Limbo desktop from them. On start up there was no way to create a new user and password. So I called and they told me to reinstall Linux, which I did. The monitor I ordered from them did not work, except in the VGA port. I called and they said to reinstall nvidia drivers, which I did, but the monitor still didn't work in the DVI or HDMI ports. So I had to send it all back at my own expense and the warranty leaves it up to them if they want to give me a refund or fix it. Why order from them if there's no guarantee you won't face hardware and configuration problems? Isn't that the only reason to get a preconfigued Linux box, so there aren't any hardware suprises? Also support seemed to have a bare minimum of knowledge, had no idea what xorg.conf was or that Nvidia ever had any issues on linux and Ubuntu. I would really warn against this company. Go get a Dell or whatever at your local store, save the hassle, uncertaintly and shipping costs, and just install Linux yourself.

"I am Canadian and I have gone through a terribly long saga trying to deal with ZaReason. They started by falsely accusing me of using a fraudulent credit card, then the coding of their shipping was all mixed-up and I finally I had to pay a surcharge of taxes when the parcel finally went through the Canadian border because some idiot at ZaReason had stated an "order value" 5 times what it really was! These people are really uncaring, negligent, lazy, unresponsive and I stongly suggest you keep away from their stupidity in order to avoid frustration and loss of your money."
"This company is utter garbage. Its employees (all' the way up to the CEO) are completely incompetent and none of them care about or consider anything their customers have to say. I had the same shipping issue at least three times now, even though it was supposedly corrected after each occurrence. The system I got wasn't even vaguely worth what I paid for it and two power adapters have already failed, one within a few weeks of receiving it. Employees routinely disregard basically everything in every email I send, even when I append a "tl;dr" line to the end, condensing the important bits into one line. The CEO herself does this, completely evading basically every statement I make. Not only that, but she called my parents' home (I left their phone number because I'm usually in class during the day and unable to respond to daytime calls on my cell phone) and was rude to my mother. I've been trying to get the system refunded for months now (oh, and they did the same ignore-everything-I-say thing when I wanted the shipping price refunded because they took an inordinate amount of time to send the system out...to the wrong address), but they clearly just don't care."
