"I found an electronic item I needed at a decent price online, and Zack was the seller. I ordered the item, paid for shipping, and expected the item to arrive within a few days, as I was on vacation.
Well, the item did not arrive and my vacation came and went. When I logged into the site to check 'My Orders' to track the shipping, there were no orders in my account. Thinking this was a mistake, I ended up checking all of my account options, to no avail.
I located a 'Contact Us' phone number and rang them up. Chris, who answered the phone, was very nice and provided good service. I gave him my Order Number and he verified that the order was placed. He told me that he'd have to check on some things and would call me back.
He called back, explained that the Order had been lost due to the Holiday Season, but he had arranged for the item to be shipped right away. He said I'd have it in 2-3 days, and informed me that he'd emailed me the Tracking Number. He was also apologetic during the call.
The item did arrive in 3-days, as was expected all along. I just have to wait until my next vacation (summer time) to work on my project (my New Year's present to myself), which is a bummer.
They could have at least refunded the shipping cost. It was only $5, but still.
All-in-all, my rating reflects this--which is my first--order from Zack. Based on my experience with Chris, I'd actually give them another go, and another chance to improve this rating.
