Extremely bad quality sweets

"So I bought a mixture and delved into the milk chocolate fish and chips, they tasted a bit cheap quality, so the. Had a mini egg and the chocolate inside tasted very cheap.

All the other choices I had made just tasted very low quality, advise against ordering from here.

"Do NOT order from Zap sweets, I did and three weeks later have not received my order, after emailing them as there is no other firm of contacting them I have received NO response at all in regards to this! So they have my money and I have no goods! Disgusting! DO NOT ORDER!!!! "

"Finally finished the retro sweets hamper that my children got me for Christmas and what an enjoyable nostalgic hamper it was! It was filled with all my favourite sweets from the past that bought back lots of childhood memories. My children tell me that they spent ages on the website browsing through all the delights on there haha. Highly recommend the hamper and website to everyone. "

"I was stuck on ideas of what to get my Fiancée for Christmas and when I saw the American chocolate hamper, I thought it was perfect! I ordered it in the morning and was very surprised that it was dispatched the very same day!

After waiting a week, I sent an e mail to Zap Sweets to enquire about my order and when I should be expecting it. There was no reply, but the next day I received a phone call from Fed Ex to say that I should expect my delivery the following day.

After waiting another day, I e mailed Zap Sweets again via their website, but still had no reply. There was no phone number on their website so I proceeded to call Fed Ex to ask if they had a contact number, which they didn't. I was told that the van had gotten broken into and Zap Sweets had asked for the package to be sent back to them and should have notified me of what was happening, which they didn't.

After speaking to Fed Ex, I then sent another e mail using the contact that they had given me and guess what?....no reply again.

I decided to go onto Facebook to see if they had a page, which they did and it was only after sending a message on there that I finally got a reply. Maybe because I was beginning to harass them. After all they had my money and after nearly two weeks, I had still not received my package.

When they eventually did get in touch, there was no apology and they tried putting all of the blame on Fed Ex, but at least they had the courtesy to get in touch with me. It was only once I received my refund that I was given a contact number.

Unless you are 100% sure that there are going to be no problems in receiving your package, I would not buy anything from this company. Their customer service is non existent.

I wouldn't have had a problem if there was some sort of communication to let me know what was happening. It was extremely rude and obviously their customer care doesn't come into consideration.

Take my advice, go somewhere else, or better yet, go to a shop.

"I ordered a case of peanut butter twix's and some jelly babies from Zap Sweets on Tuesday afternoon and recievied my delivery the following morning! The products were of a high quality and the delivery was rapid! A really nice site with a modern feel, i will be using them again."
