"I specified to have the gift certificate I bought online for my brother emailed the day I bought it- 12/21/06. On 12/23/06 he still hadn't received it. I called customer service and had to wait for the clerk to finish a spell of laughing at something to find out they just plain never sent it. When I asked how I will know when they do actually send it she told me "Ï already told you we just sent it". When I replied that she told me he should be getting it "sometime soon", she told me I ought to call my brother and find out if he got it or not.
Yes, I get that they are having some kind of problem with gift certificates, but I thought that was terrible service.
My wife's experiences with them have been very good on the other hand.
Updated- My brother did receive the certificate albeit two days later than requested and he was satisfied with their service in delivering his new shoes."
