"Ordered this pair of shoes for my son...
Osiris Kids NYC83 Vulc (Toddler/Youth)- Received the shoes and each shoe was a different size, I ordered size 4's for my 11 year old and in the box we received *1* show in a size 4 and the other shoe a size 3. Very disappointed but kept in mind mistakes happen so I called and was very nice about it as was the rep. I spoke with, He ended up giving us a $15 coupon to come back and the over nighted me a new pair. Annoyed now having to go a few towns away to return them at the local UPS drop off location but it is what it is & We got the new pair the next morning as promised and was very pleaed all in all with how the situation was handled... UNTIL the new pair had the very same problem! ONLY these jerks put a sticker that said size 4 over the one shoe that was a 3 as if I wouldnm't have noticed... Like who does this happen to?! So I called again and was offered another $15 dollar coupon and another pair to be yet again over-nighted. I should have gotten the THIRD, new and hopefully correct damn pair for free not compensated to come back to this place that messed up 2 orderes in a row especially since the first rep. promised me that he would leave a note to make sure it didnt happen again. So now given my money back and having to make yet another trip to return this second pair of shoes I'm less then a pleased customer and will not be returning... We went to the mall and them. The label on those looked very different then on the ones I received so now I'm wondering if they were fakes with all the issues and then differences on the labels?! Thanks! For nothing. "

"I recently ordered a pair of Salamon shoes from Zappos ($155.00). They were kind enough to upgrade to overnight shipping but then I found the exact shoe on Amazon for $30.00 less ($123.00). When I chatted online with a representitve to ask if they price matched, I was informed they don't and then was directed to their discounted site. I didn't want old styles, I just wanted to not return the shoes and wait for my money to be refunded. Perhaps I should have checked around first, but I used to always count on Zappos to have good prices. Now I have to wait for a refund and Zappos is out shipping charges both ways. They have lost me as a customer."
"I just ordered for the first time from Zappos and I will definitely be back! I ordered early saturday morning and recieved the shoes that Monday. Not only that, I realized I ordered the wrong size, so I emailed to ask if they could correct it before they sent it. They didn't even email back, they just sent the correct size! I'm really surprised they only average 6.85 our of 10. NO online retailer would have sent any item that quickly, especially if the order was incorrect in the first place. "

"I was placing an order on a pair of shoes they have in stock. However, when I put in my credit card information and was ready to check, their website informed me that the pair of shoes I was buying was out of stock. So I didn't buy it and was sure that I didn't confirm ordering anything.
Now here's where it gets icky. Zappos CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD ANYWAY, even when their product was out of stock and there was no way that I could confirm ordering it. Thankfully my bank stopped Zappos from taking my money since, according to my bank, it behaves like a scam. Be careful, I just can't trust Zappos anymore."
"I miss the old zappos! Ever since they redid their wearhouse it has not been the same! They said intially it would just be the first few weeks till they got it sorted it out. Now 2 months later and still not the same great zappos. I used to order things last minute present things I needed for a trip and get them overnight. now an order i placed took 6 days to get to me! Another simple order of two items took 3. Of my last 11 orders only one has come the usually zappos way. If its not broke dont fix it. I have started shopping at nordstroms I am getting free two day shipping and it comes usually quicker. How I miss the old zappos ."
