"I ordered my 2 t-shirts on Aug. 18th for my family reunion Labor Day Weekend. I submitted payment and rec'd an email with confirmation # stating my order would arrive Aug 28th today. Between this two weeks I have attempted numerous times to inquire in the Zazzle website about my order through Chat with no luck. Then, I finally called, (which the Website states Eastern Standard Time, but the recorded message announces Pacific Standard Time). The Customer Svc rep stated that the "Security Dept" cancelled my order the same day I paid for my shirts on Aug 8th!! Not a single attempt to communicate me was made. NO Email, NO Phone Call, No Text!! and yet they have all my CC # and info form the purchase. It's 4 days before my family reunion and NO shirts!!! Now I am in a bind to find the correct color and family last name. Avoid Zazzle...my sorority organization will no longer order 300 shirts for conference because, if they cant get 2 reunion shirts right. Then, we can't take a chance on 300 shirts no getting ordered.
