"Zazzle includes auto-renewal as a part of their memberships.  I did not intend to renew, but didn't catch this when I signed up.  I hadn't interacted with them for the year after I signed up and used the membership, till I saw the charge for the auto-renewal on my credit card.  This is not an honest way to do business.  Stay away from these guys."

"These were my wedding invitations. They arrived loose in a cardboard box that was sitting In the rain. Luckily I got to them before the water soaked through. I strongly recommend that you at least put this type of order in a plastic bag inside the cardboard box before shipping. I would expect a $250 order to be packaged with more care.
Now the Invitations themselves are beautiful! I could not be happier with them. I would have given you a 4 had the packaging been more considerate."
