"I ordered many replacement parts for my Nissan. First it turns out that one of them is on backorder and no one can tell when it arrives. Fine, get the rest of them, almost two weeks later turns out that the other crucial part is on backorder as well, same story, no one knows anything and no one even informed me about it. Purchased from them before, packaging was just terrible.
Poor communication.
Don't heave clear information about availability.
Charge my card even before order processing.
All in All it was bad experience.
