"I got a deal for a Raspberry Pi starter kit on SourceForge, which is somehow part of Zendesk.com and they have people called "Support Hero's" .
Kind of confusing at first, but I learned through them that the Pi had been held up and the " Support Hero" kept me advised on the status or my order, every step of the way.
They gave me a $10.00 credit and I am counting on them to continue to provide excellent support if I have any difficulties with the Pi.
