"I am writing this review because I have seen all of the negative reviews on this site regarding Zendoo and I wanted to share my positive experiences.
I have purchased from Zendoo 3 times in the last 2 years each time the phones came quickly, well packaged and in better shape than was described.
I will buy from them in the future when I need a phone and when i need to send gifts.
I don't mean to sound like a salesman for Zendoo, but I really had a good experience and am confused by the negative reviews. "
"Ordered a Motorola Razr from Zendoo that was advertised in "Excellent Like New Condition" and upon arrival found the phone to be hardly as described.
The phone did not shut properly due to a poor refurb job.
The screen had two long and large vertical dead pixel spots.
The back battery holder was non-OEM and scratched and peeled paint easily.
It seemed the screen encasing was made of lead that my fingernail could press into.
In short the phone was junk and not as the seller advertised.
To make it worse the screen failed after 30 days, rendering the phone useless.
All and all a crappy phone. Thank you Zendoo.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS. Read the ebay comments and many people have had bad luck. "

"Ordered a phone as a Christmas gift, that was guaranteed to be fully functional. It arrived and it wouldn't charge the battery. Emailed to rma and get a replacement as per their policy. I shipped phone back and waited three weeks, I had confirmation that the phone had arrived in less than one week. I emailed again and was told that I would get a refund for the phone cost only not the shipping even though it was their fault and they didn't have a replacement. Stay away from this store, prices may look good but you will get ripped off!!!"
" I ordered two phones from these guys. Both phones were in poor condition. I paid to have the phones shipped over night, they arrived 4 days later. Upon taking the phones to the Verizon store I learned that they had sold me phones that were on a lost or stolen list.
Do not use these guys. "
"I needed a cheap replacement for my Verizon phone.
I broke it after 1 year of use and did not to pay the whole price before contract ended.
I bought the LG VX3450 Used Cell Phone which was listed in "good" condition for $11.55 with shipping $9.99.
It arrived quite quickly but I found that the phone had no lid over the battery compartment.
I contacted the seller and was referenced to the return form.
I needed to return it at my own expense (which I'm not going to do).
Instead of having quick and cheap fix in my situation I ended up with a piece of complete junk on my hands and having to pay delivery in both ends.
We are in a dead-lock and it's not resolved yet.
Meanwhile I had to buy a new cheap cell phone.
I think the responsible seller should fix his errors at his own expense."
"last month I purchased a Cell Phone from this company with the understanding that I would be able to use this Phone with WiFi Calling. not understanding that this was to be false, Mostly because my carrier miss-lead me, I requested a exchange from the seller of equal value to help keep this transaction smooth. the seller hasn't replied in two weeks about this. it appears that he may have but I will not open ebay related emails for any reason because of the spam and spyware like activities that can be found in fake ebay emails. I noted this to the seller in all ov my messages and instructed them to message only in My Ebay messages. I have yet to hear back from the seller and are no in danger of the 30 days return policy. My initial request for exchanged happened on November 14th, and now here it is Novemeber 21 2008. My 30 days was up on the 17th. I doubt i will every shop with this seller again and Hope that no one else will enter into this sellers sales without knowing this. "
